Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. All handcrafted garden supports are sent via a Tracked Courier Service, typically delivering within 3–5 working days of dispatch. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Our tiered shipping starts at £6.75.
Order Value/Weight: As your order grows, the shipping cost will increase slightly at the checkout to cover the additional weight and the extra packaging materials required to ensure your items arrive safely.
Important: Surcharge Areas
The £6.75 rate applies to Mainland UK Standard Areas only. Due to courier surcharges, additional postage costs will apply to the following locations:
◆ SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS:
Postcodes AB (31 & above), HS, IV, KA (27 & 28), KW, PA (20 & above), PH (4 & above), and ZE.
◆ OFFSHORE ISLANDS:
Including Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland.
